Trust Web gives our customers the ability to include electronic alternatives with existing print and mail options. Depending on our customers’ requirements this can be as simple as electronic delivery of PDFs to a fully hosted document storage option which allows their customers to self serve, reducing admin costs. Our flexible offering allows our customers the ability to provide an electronic alternative to their customers alongside the paper offering, even if only 1% of them have that requirement at present. The solution can grow and adapt as the need changes.

And if the end customer wants to change his delivery method the service can easily be updated without requiring costly upgrades. This flexible, customer centric approach has benefitted our clients through their communications being sent in the most effective way, rather than through one blanket approach.
