Critical Mailing Pack Integrity

Many of our customers operate in highly regulated industries and need reassurance that the items they need to be delivered to their customer go to that customer. This could be amends to terms and conditions, a change in interest rates or a new exciting offer for a valued customer.

We have spent some time developing an end to end service which ensures that every single critical mail pack it processes is complete and correct. For this service we have installed bar code readers which scan every document and insert as it is being enclosed into the envelope. Each insert and envelope is printed with a unique bar code which allows us to confirm that items are printed on to the correct stationery and enclosed with the correct contents. We can then provide our customers with necessary management information should they need any reassurance.

At Opus Trust Marketing we have invested heavily to ensure that our production process outputs our customers’ work accurately.

This is achieved through the inclusion of 2d barcodes on every piece of communications, from the primary document- be it bill, payslip or any other item- to inserts, return envelopes and the mailing envelope itself. Small cameras situated in machinery along the production process then track every barcode against the data we receive from clients as to what the pack content should be, with any problems being immediately flagged up. This allows us to quickly overcome any problems and to prevent mis-feeds or incorrect inserts being used.
