In the past two years we have been having an increasing number of discussions with our customers about the look and feel of their documents. This has been driven by in some cases increased call centre traffic or input from industry regulators as to content standards.
As a result we have now started to offer this service to clients, working with them to make their documents more effective in black and white or colour. Our production flexibility allows us to easily test new ideas without ramping up excessive cost, in some cases allowing much needed user forum discussions to take place providing valuable feedback as to the document’s effectiveness.
