OTM retains npower Critical Transactional Billing contract

Following a rigorous tender process, OTM is pleased to announce that we have been successful in retaining energy giant npower on our client list for supplying critical transactional billing and customer communication services.
npower provides electricity and gas services across the UK to both residential and corporate customers.

OTM's CEO, Linda Scott, says "We're delighted to be able to continue to work closely with npower, a key client of ours for 10 years. We were competitively benchmarked against the market and were able to demonstrate further advances in traceability and reconciliation of data and documents through the whole print and mail process whilst driving out cost savings through process efficiencies."
