The Company
OTM was founded by Peter De Haan who established the business services group Opus in 1999, following his successful career in, and part ownership of, Saga Group Ltd.
With his experience in direct marketing he began his ambitious plan of creating a new force in marketing communications - the OTM Group - with the acquisition in 2000, of the direct mail and fulfilment business ADM Group Ltd.
In 2001, he joined forces with the Royal Mail to create the transactional mailing business Optecon, recognizing the importance of transactional and customer service communications in the marketing mix. In 2003 OTM bought out the Royal Mail shareholding to create a wholly owned OTM business.
Opus Trust Marketing Limited Registered in England, Number 3829642, known as OTM, is determined in its vision of adding value to customer communications and has invested in new initiatives such as the award winning O42, together with people, technology and equipment.

When Peter De Haan created the group he didn’t simply create a 'me too' print and mailing operation. He recognised the importance of data and distribution in the communication process and invested in new initiatives, in these areas.
As a result, what makes us unique as an organization is our ability to add value to this process through our data handling and manipulation capabilities through the range of distribution options both on paper and electronically. With our origins in print and mailing, we have a proven track record in printing - the core of our service offering and can add value to your communications with our data handling solutions, and systems flexibility.
