RED-TAG®

OTM have worked hard with Royal Mail to develop and pilot RED TAG®, an innovative mail tracking and reporting service for the critical document market.
RED TAG® offers an end-to-end service that provides clients with daily updates on the status of any transactional mail packet using the service within the Royal Mail postal system. By using RED TAG® with OTM you can monitor, predict and improve the performance of your mail through the system and manage contact centre traffic more effectively.

OTM’s first use of RED TAG® was in the preparation and despatch of a project for the Pension Trustees of the Royal Mail Group. The use of the service enabled the contact centre to know exactly when the mailing would arrive, allowed them to staff up accordingly and confidently handle Trustee queries within the Service Level Agreement fully knowing where other packs were in the system.
