Linda Scott, CEO
Linda joined OTM in 2007 in her current role, having previously held the roles of Managing Director of both Microgen Document Processing Services, producing transactional documents and providing e-services to clients and Microgen Telesmart, a BACS and payment processing software provider.

She has also held the positions of Sales and Marketing Director at Stralfors and Managing Director at Vertis Marketing Services Croydon.

Linda has 17 years experience in the electronic document market, particularly critical documents and billing, and holds a BA Hons in Marketing.

Evan Bath, Operations Director
Evan joined OTM in July 2007, strengthening the team with a wealth of Operational Management experience. He previously held the roles of General Manager at Vertis Marketing Services and Operations Manager, Microgen Document Processing Services and other transactional document providers.

Evan’s earlier career centered around the paper industry with 7 years in the United States as Operations Manager for a multi-national company, building on earlier UK experience.

Sarah Nield, Client Services Manager
Sarah Joined OTM in September 2005, and now manages the Client and Customer Service teams at both our Swindon and Leicester sites, as well as having responsibility for the Quality and Project Management functions.

She has many years experience in the transactional print industry, having worked previously with edotech, Astron and latterly DSTI. She has also managed an in-house print facility and worked as a Marketing Manager in both the consumer and B2B sectors.

	Zahir Nazir - Head of Finance & HR Zahir heads the Group’s finance and HR function. He is a qualified accountant who joined in January 2002 as a financial accountant. He is a Graduate from De Montfort University and prior to joining the Group was in practice working for BKR Haines Watts Chartered Accountants.
