OTM360 is a 100% end to end pack content integrity tool. It is a technology based process which guarantees the content of the finished mail piece ensuring that the correct pre-printed stationery, inserts, business reply and outer envelopes are used.

With so many inserts and envelopes looking similar, it may be possible for the incorrect materials to be loaded into the enclosing machine. OTM360 will stop these types of potential error as soon as they occur which will prevent costly reprints, additional postage costs and possible regulatory issues.

Control of every pack item - at every step of production

OTM360 securely controls and tracks individual packs and every item within the pack through the entire production process using barcodes on all items from prime documents and inserts to reply and outer envelopes. If for any reason a barcode doesn’t match the code found in the data file, an error is raised and the job will not be allowed to continue until the error has been rectified.

This ensures complete integrity of the mailing pack where compliant content is critical for regulatory purposes and automates previously manual activities to eliminate the potential risk of human error. Barcodes are the key: OTM will generate barcodes to ensure Print and Mail Pack integrity throughout the production process OTM360 Continuous Integrity ADF works using reel-fed continuous print machines and the barcode on pre-printed stock is read by the printer to ensure the correct stationery is used by the operator The mailing data file contains details of each item required in the pack. Each item has a barcode and the enclosing machine looks for these to ensure the correct inserts are being enclosed If the OTM360 Continuous Integrity process flags up a problem at any time, an error is raised and the job will not be allowed to continue until the error has been rectified Reporting information is constantly compiled for each individual mail pack during processing, providing auditable reporting that the job was processed correctly Click here for a larger image
